We began using weebly a few years ago. A few teachers wanted an easy to use Student friendly website creation tool to create Student Portfolios. I suggested Weebly and we went with it. IT WORKED GREAT! (Notice the "ED"!)
I use Weebly on my library website and have numerous pages. Students the first year we did this had the same options. Last year when students created accounts to make their portfolios, they could only create 5 pages. After a few periods finally figured out why some students could create 5 pages and some had unlimited. It depended on WHEN they created their Weebly account.
Change of Lesson Plan on the spot as our original plans had more than 5 pages. Nothing major except an pain and change of plan.
