*Specific/detailed instructions depend upon which version of Chrome is currently installed.

Video of those steps is below!

PowerWash (a Chrome book)

PowerWashing a chrome book erases and reinstalls Chrome.  It fixes most problems on the Chrome book.  Do not be nervous about doing this -  Just do it!  Instructions - click here

However it may NOT update it to the newest version of Chrome.  So check for updates afterwards.

PC's (teacher computers, laptops)

Update of irony.  The Check for updates button is now grayed out by our district.  Windows updates are now performed by "Provisioning".

  1. Plug USB C from docking station into USB C Port
  2. Download and install the “DRIVER” from link
  3. Download and install the “FIRMWARE” from link
  4. When/If you are prompted to “Check” or “Update”  choose “UPDATE”

If the above updates do not resolve the issue put in a work order.

We do not recommend installing and using Lenovo Vantage. When Lenovo Vantage is used it is causing problems with audio drivers which is causing problems with the Polycom Phones used across the district.
