Free? Software during #CoronaQuake

Just an FYI…
 
The district provides us with enough tools inside of Google, (check out this link) www.office.com and Canvas.  If you venture outside of these approved tools please be aware they may not be "approved" and you are "on your own" as far as support and legalities.  Specifically zoom is what we I am talking about here... There have been some privacy issues already. NO  - I have NOT read it all.  We have other depts. that do all the legal stuff!...

Remember this rule of thumb (under normal circumstances) - If software is free – YOU, or your data, is the customer!

If you do any Video calls with your students be very aware of your surroundings and background and wardrobe!  And that they should do the same.  Especially IF they can see each other.
